Welcome to the Heart of Nature website. My name is Alice Ashwell and I live in Cape Town, South Africa.

My love of Nature and my personal and career journeys led me to create the coaching practice, Heart of Nature.

As a life coach, educator and facilitator, I offer individual and group coaching, Nature connection experiences, and workshop facilitation.

I am so thankful for the time we spent together yesterday. Your wisdom and kindness have been an inspiration to me and I have learned so much through our sessions.
